Discovering Judge Judy
Judge Judy Scheindlin was the supervising Family Court Judge in Manhattan in the mid 90's and drew P&L's attention when she became known as the fastest working Judge In New York, deciding hundreds of cases a week, terrifying any lawyer who failed to live up to her expectations.
P&L sat at the back of her court for a day, recognized Judy's unique talant and audience appeal and encouraged Big Ticket Productions to start (P&L Media created/launched/exec produced) the daily show "Judge Judy" that became and remains the multi-million dollar number one program in daytime TV.
